This document sets out the terms of cooperation between COVA Academy and its clients, including parents or adult students.
Payment for services constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
COVA Academy:
- does not sell personal data;
- does not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes;
- uses personal data exclusively for the organisation of the educational process.
Personal data may be retained to the extent required for operational purposes, including contact information, diagnostic results, and academic history.
Data relating to minors is neither published nor distributed.
All:
- methodologies,
- programmes,
- lesson recordings,
- materials,
- internal documents,
- educational structures
are the intellectual property of COVA Academy.
Any copying, recording, reproduction, distribution, or transfer to third parties without prior written consent is prohibited.
Payment for group programmes is due between the 1st and the 7th day of the current month.
Once payment has been made, fees are non-refundable.
The terms of private-format work are determined individually.
If a student misses a lesson, the Academy provides a supervised format for covering the missed material.
The student is required to independently record the missed material and complete the assigned work in accordance with the teacher’s instructions.
The format and scope of such make-up work are determined by the Academy.
Missed group lessons are not rescheduled.
COVA Academy provides methodological preparation, academic guidance, and strategic admission planning.
Final decisions are made by the relevant admissions committees and educational institutions.
The Academy is not responsible for outcomes where a student demonstrates an inadequate attitude to the learning process, systematically fails to complete assignments, or breaches academic discipline.
All proprietary methodologies, preparation structures, texts, wording, website design, and educational materials are protected by copyright.
Any use without prior written permission is prohibited.
The use of photographs, testimonials, or case materials is permitted only with the written consent of the parties.
Independent recording of lessons or use of materials for publication is prohibited.
The Academy shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including war, technical failures, restrictions imposed by public authorities, or changes in the rules of third parties.
COVA Academy is not responsible for decisions made by admissions committees, changes in university requirements, or changes in the policies of international examination bodies.
All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation.
If no resolution can be reached, the matter shall be handled in accordance with applicable law.
